You need a new controller once the pin becomes misalligned. Bigger dead zones means you can push further on stick with no response (literally a zone on the sticks axis where it is "Dead") - but Warframe has no dead zones, or they are so small they are impossible to detect Dead Zones define how much the stick needs to be pushed before the game reacts. Most games have dead zones attributed so drift doesn't happen from small misalignments. It's because Warframe's deadzones on the sticks are nonexistant so drift is instant from even the slightest 1mm offset of the analog sticks internal pin. Echoing that it's most likely your controller - and before you say "but it's only Warframe" - I know, I've been there.
